We continued the conversation every other Monday (biweekly) due to an interest in L&D during this pandemic and an overwhelming number of participants. With this 19th learning circle now focusing on forward-thinking strategies for retooling L&D as we embrace the new normal. Let us explore how scenario planning strategies can help people more confidently navigate in these uncertain times.

I have always felt that L&D plays a critical role to an organizations ability to deliver on their business goals. Many of us have been involved in moving to a more strategic HR organization and we have raised the expectations of how we think about and do our work. So, how are we doing it and what do we need to continue to develop as HR Leaders?
